2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 c milk
3 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil quickly. Reduce heat to medium, and boil 3 or 4 minutes or until a little dropped into cold water forms a soft ball (234º). Remove from heat, stir in rolled oats, nuts, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, let stand until hardened. Store in refrigerator.
