1 pkg Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
1 ½ sticks margarine, softened
3 Tbs sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine only cranberry mix and margarine. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls to ¼ inch thick using bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 9 minutes until light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes,t hen remove from cookie sheet. Makes 3 doz.
