4 lbs country style pork ribs, cut into serving portions
1 C water
1/2 C orange juice
3 T honey
1 tsp lemon juice
2 T vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 T cornstarch
1 T water

Directions:
Trim excess fat from meat. In large kettle add enough water to ribs to cover. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Drain. Stir together orange juice, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, caraway seed, bouillon cube, and garlic powder. Place ribs, meaty side up, in roasting pan. Baste ribs with mixture. Bake, covered, in 350º oven for 20 minutes. Uncover, baste, and return to oven and bake 20 minutes more or till ribs are tender. Remove ribs to platter; keep warm. Skim fat from juices and measure, adding water, if necessary, to measure 1 1/2 cups liquid. In saucepan combine cornstarch and water and add juices. Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly. Spoon over ribs.
