2 T flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs round steak (1 inch thick)
2 T cooking oil
1 10 3/4 oz can onion soup
1/2 C ketchup
1 green pepper, cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak with meat mallet or edge of heavy saucer. In skillet, brown meat in oil; pour off excess fat. Add soup and ketchup. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour. Add green pepper; cook 20 minutes or till tender. Stir occasionally. Cut meat into serving portions and serve with mash potatoes.
