1 Ib. ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup of onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. of garlic powder
1 cup of BBQ sauce
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. of butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and eggs in large mixing bowl.

Form mixture into balls.

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.

Heat butter in a medium skillet on medium.

Brown meatballs in skillet then remove after browning and place into baking pan. Pour BBQ sauce on meatballs. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
