1 16 oz can salmon
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 C mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 C Chile sauce
2 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t dried dill weed
1 6 1/2 oz can tuna, drained and finely flaked
4 hard cooked eggs finely chopped
1/4 C finely chopped onion
Parsley
Crackers and little rye bread slices

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, reserving liquid; add water, if necessary, to equal 1/2 cup liquid. Bone and finely flake salmon; set aside. Dissolve gelatin and salmon liquid in heatproof cup by placing it in hot water, stirring to dissolve. Put gelatin in large mixing bowl and blend in mayonnaise. Stir in Chile sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and dill weed. Fold in flaked salmon, tuna egg and onion. Turn into 6 cup fish shaped mold. Chill till firm. Unmold. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers and little rye bread slices.
