1 8 3/4 oz can crushed pineapple
8 oz Gourmandise cheese, softened
2 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c chopped pecans
Crackers and little rye bread slices

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 T juice. Beat softened Gourmandise, softened cream cheese, and remaining juice till well blended. Stir in crushed pineapple. Chill thoroughly. Shape into a ball, roll in chopped nuts. Chill till serving time. Serve with crackers and little rye bread.
