Ingredients:  
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon each: chopped fresh ginger and sugar
1/2 cup miso (fermented bean curd)
1 tablespoon wasabi purée
1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, place rice vinegar, water, ginger, sugar, miso, wasabi purée and green onions. Blend at medium speed until consistency is smooth. Pour into a bowl and serve at room temperature.
