1 pound chop meat
1 small onion (finely minced)
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well by hand. Take a small handfull size of meatball mixture into the palm of hand and form ball. Meatballs can either be pan fried or added directly into sauce while sauce is simmering. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
