Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 jars of baby food (peaches, apricot, or mango all will work, I did mango and mango as I could not find apricot)
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp ginger (fresh is better but I used powder)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Pork butt

I would combine all ingredients for sauce, maybe even double … then just do some garlic/salt/pepper/ginger on the pork butt to season, then coat w/ sauce an hour or so before it is done and pour the rest in to cook… remember mine had all the juice since it was the butt not the ribs, so I drained mine about an hour left and then added the sauce…
