1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening (parkay)
3 eggs
1 tsp. cream tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar & shortening and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Roll Out ¼” thick. May need a little extra flour so that they don’t
Stick to counter or table. Use whatever cookie cutter you’d like
Depending on holiday or occasion. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.

Cool on paper towel. You can freeze or frosting.
