1 head lettuce
10 oz. frozen English Peas
1 c. diced celery
1/2 green pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
4 hard boiled eggs sliced
8 slices of fried bacon crumbled

Topping:
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. Pyrex long dish.
Arrange head of lettuce cut up and dried off to about 1 inch in dish

Add in layers each remaining ingredient with sliced boiled eggs placed on top.

Mix together the Topping ingredients and pour over the salad spreading the mixture to the edges of the Pyrex.
Refrigerate over night and serve cold.
