Mayonnaise
Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cut out little circles of white bread with cookie or biscuit cutter. May freeze bread ahead. Spread mayo on bread circles, then one slice tomato, then crumbled bacon and a little parsley on top.

This could be a nice Christmas appetizer, since it is red and green.
