Squash Sausage Soup Recipe

1 1/2 lb. sausage, (your favorite)
1 winter squash
olive oil
Mrs. Dash
Lemon Pepper
Black Pepper
Brown Sugar
4 cup Chicken Broth

Brown sausage in large skillet. Just about done, sprinkle with a hand full of brown sugar. Drain if necessary.
Peel, seed and cube squash.
In large bowl toss squash with seasonings (not brown sugar) and olive oil. Use just enough olive oil to coat squash and hold on spices.
Spray large baking sheet and pour on squash cubes.
Bake 450* 10 to 15 minutes. (until tender)
Just before taking out sprinkle with a hand full of brown sugar and let bake a couple more minutes.
Place squash cubes in food processors and blend leaving a few small chunks.
Pour into sausage skillet and add chicken broth. Stir and simmer until bubbly.
