4-6 lbs. spare ribs (country)
3 tbsp. butter (room temperature)
1 medium onion (minced)
1 small green bell pepper (diced)
4 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1¼ tsp. salt
1½ c. catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together,
Add the ribs to a 13x9 dish,
Pour sauce over the ribs.
Bake covered at 325º for 1 hour, then uncover and cook for another 30 minutes for a 1/2 hour or until tender.
