1 tsp. chili flakes
Honey
Ginger
Garlic
Oil
2-3 racks of ribs

Directions:
Mix ingredients after trimming ribs of fat. Pour mix on ribs & store in a bag in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Slow cook till tender on grill or oven.
