1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 cup soft bread, torn into small pieces)
1 pound ground beef or meatloaf mixture
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape each into loaf, Place loaf in ungreased baking pan. Bake in 350º oven about 45 minutes. If desired top with catsup, chili sauce or strips of cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
