1 Brisket ( 3 or 4 lbs)
Worcestershire sauce
salt, red and black pepper

PREHEAT OVEN AT º325F
Season Brisket with salt and red and black pepper and baste it with the Worcestershire sauce . In a shallow baking put a sheet of aluminum foil,enough to wrap the Brisket well. Center the Brisket on the foil and bring the long sides together and roll together tight and then do the same with the sides. Put in oven and cook for 30 minutes per lb. of meat. Try not to check meat before.
