1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 T oil
1 1/2 cups Kraft BBQ sauce
1 cup water
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Stir in BBQ sauce, water, corn and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
