1 stick butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. eggbeaters
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Spray 3 foil-lined cookie sheets. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla. In medium bowl combine flour and baking powder, stir into creamed mix until blended. Divide dough into walnut sized portions. Roll each piece into a rope and then shape into a loop with floured hands. Place cookies 2 in. apart on cookie sheets. Bake 8 minutes separately, until firm and golden edges. Let cool 1 min. on sheet before removing. Makes 34 cookies.
Frost with whipped frosting.
