Brisket
8 Vidalia onions
Ketchup
Honey
Lipton onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. water on bottom of pan
2. cut up onions [i used 8 vidalia's]
3. put brisket on top
4. cover with ketchup, honey & lipton onion soup [in that order]
5. cover and cook for hours
6. refrigerate
Next day:
7. skim fat [I don't]
8. slice and put back
9. cover and cook for hours
