Pie Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flower
1 cup sour cream
1 egg beaten
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 tablespoon salt
2 cups finely chopped apples

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9" pie pan with pastry. Bake 7 minutes and let cool. (partially cooked). Combine sugar, flour, sour cream, egg, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and apple. Pour into partially baked pie shell and bake in hot oven (450º) for 30 minutes. For the topping blend sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter until mixture is crumbly. Spread on pie and bake 10 more minutes.
