2 c. large dried lima beans
1/4 lb. pork, chopped in small pieces
1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
10.5 oz. can tomato soup
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Cover lima beans with water and boil gently for two minutes. Remove from heat and let soak for one hour. Rinse well. Add enough water to cover, add salt pork and bacon. Cook until beans are tender and drain, reserving this liquid. Saute onion and garlic in 2 tbsp. reserved bacon fat. Add tomato soup and remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 13" x 9" pan. Top with salt pork and bacon slices. Bake 400º for 20-30 minutes.
