4 pounds pork spare ribs or baby back ribs
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 cup plum or grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs, garlic, and onion in a slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 8 hours. Drain off juices. Add barbecue sauce and jelly. Cook on high setting until warmed through, 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
