1 - 3 to 4 pound lean brisket.
1 small bottle barbecue sauce
3 cups of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in baking pan and spread 2-3 tbsp. barbeque sauce evenly on all sides of brisket. Place meat under broiler and brown on two sides. Place in covered roasting pan and add beef broth. Cover and roast at 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Allow to cool in roaster. Remove and slice across grain. Place into glass baking pan, cover with barbecue sauce. Cover dish and bake about at 300 degrees for 30 minutes to warm through. Can be kept in fridge and warmed as needed.
