4 lbs. baby back ribs
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350º F. Basting sauce - small bowl, combine water and the red wine vinegar. Place ribs in two 10 x 15 roasting pans. Pour the basting sauce over the ribs and cover with foil. Bake 350º F for 45 minutes. Baste the ribs again halfway through cooking time the same sauce. For the barbecue sauce - medium pan over medium heat. Combine the ketchup, water, cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, butter, brown sugar, hot pepper sauce and salt stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 1 hour. Preheat an outdoor grill for indirect medium heat and lightly oil grate. Remove ribs from oven and transfer to grill. Discard any remaining basting sauce. Brush ribs generously with the barbecue sauce. Grill over indirect medium heat 8 minutes and turn ribs and grill 7 more minutes basting regularly. Internal heat should be 160º F when done.
