1 lb Jimmy Dean Sage sausage
1 bunch green onions diced
1 can water chestnuts diced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic smashed.

1 package Won Ton wrappers ( approx 50 )
oil for frying

Sweet and Sour sauce for dipping and ketchup for some!

Directions:
Brown sausage, add onions, garlic and water chestnuts. When softened add soy sauce, simmer 5 min. Remove filling from heat and cool enough to handle.

Use water to seal edges of wontons, fill with a heaping tsp, fold in half to a triangle, then fold down corners. seal with more water on finger if needs be.

Fry in hot oil till rich golden brown, drain on paper towels... serve immediately!!!
