3lbs ribs (cut into pieces)
1 qt. sauerkraut (drained)
4 lg. potatoes (peeled & quartered)
1 lg onion (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º. Spray roaster with pam
2. Place ribs meat side up and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 30 mins.
3. Remove pan from oven and reduce heat to 350º. Place potatoes, onion and sauerkraut (in this order) over the ribs. Cover and bake for 2 hrs.
