Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3/4 c sugar 1/4 c soft shortening 1 egg 1/2 c milk 1 1/2 c flour 2 t baking soda pinch of salt Topping: 1/2 c light brown sugar 2 t. cinnamon 1 t. sugar 1/4 c butter, melted

Directions:	Directions: Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 9x9x1 ¾” square pan Blend sugar, shortening, and egg in mixer. Stir in milk. Measure flour by sifting. Add dry ingredients. Spread batter in pan. Combine ingredients for topping. Sprinkle batter with topping. Bake 30-35 minutes
