4 - 6 lbs boneless pork loin
5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 yellow onion chopped
4 bay leaves
1 tbl Liquid Smoke
Water to cover pork

BBQ Sauce:
1 C ketchup
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
3 tbl dark brown sugar
3 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Add to pork loin, 5 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 yellow onion chopped
4 bay leaves, 1 tbl Liquid Smoke and water to cover pork. Cook pork in crockpot 3 - 4 hours until pork falls apart. Remove meat from crockpot and pull apart. Remove liquid. Return meat to crock pot and add BBQ Sauce.

BBQ Sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring often for 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
