24 oz tomato paste
24 oz can pineapple slices, reserve juice
12 oz jar jalapeņos, reserve juice
12 oz honey
2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp mustard powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
6 boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Start by combining the tomato paste, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice (from canned pineapple) & 1/2 cup of jalapeņo juice (from jar of jalapeņos) in large sauce pan.
Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
Next, add in honey & brown sugar & simmer until sugar is melted.
Then add all of your spices & once again bring to a simmer.
Layer in crock pot as follows: 3 chicken breast, pineapple slices, 1/2 sauce mixture, 3 more chicken breasts & another layer of sauce.
Cook on high for 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
The sauce will thicken as it sits. See note.

I should note that the sauce will taste pretty terrible by itself before everything is cooked. This dish is kind of spicy, a little bit sweet and very delicious.
