1 1/2 lb top round
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic buds, chopped
2 lg green peppers
1/2 cup celery
3/4 tbl salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can beef broth
1 tbl cornstarch
2 tbl water
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Heat butter in skillet. Cut meat in thin strips on an angle. Saute meat until browned. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, celery, salt & pepper. Cook a couple of min. Add beef broth. Cook until tender - about 25 min. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Stir sauce into meat - cook uncovered 5 min. longer. Serve over rice.
