2 lbs. country style ribs cut into 1 - 1 1/2 in pieces
Marinate in sauce:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 clove grated garlic
1/8 c. white sugar
1/8 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch salt
Pour over ribs and let stand overnight in fridge.

Take ribs out of sauce and bake in sweet & sour sauce:
1/2 Cup vinegar
1/2 Cup water
1 Cup sugar--include 3T brown sugar
1/4 Cup pineapple juice
1 small can pineapple chunks
chopped green pepper

Bring to a boil, dissolve 2 tsp cornstarch in a little water and add to mixture. Add 1 T Chinese molasses
