1 8oz. low fat softened cream cheese
˝ cup fat free mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
˝ jar of diced jalapenos (more if you like spicy stuff)
1 can quartered artichoke hearts (chop these into small pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Next, add the jalapenos and artichokes and mix.
Add the cheese and mix.
Scoop the mixture into a baking dish.
Cook uncovered for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven
Serve with Tostitos Scoops, Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
