Directions:
Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions using a little bit of extra water (maybe a few tablespoons – don’t be too picky how much.) Do NOT eat right away!!! Let the noodles sit in a covered vessel overnight in the fridge. The noodles will absorb all the liquid and become deliciously soft and flavorful. Mix with whatever you have leftover – a little chicken, some tuna, some leftover veggies or your other favorite items. Delicious!!!

You can multiply the quantities as many times as you want to make a cold salad for a crowd – and for only a dollar or two!
