3 Tbls butter
3 eggs
1/2 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C milk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 º. Melt butter slowly in skillet (pie plate). Break eggs, beat well, add flour and salt, beat until smooth. Stir in milk and butter, pour into skillet. Bake 15 minutes, lower to 350º for 5-10 minutes. Place on a cooling rack. Top with warm fruit, syrup, and 10X sugar.
