1/2 cup cocoa
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts - optional
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups margarine or butter
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350º for about 28 to 30 minutes. Top with chocolate frosting.
