celery salt
garlic salt
onion salt
5 - 6 lb brisket
3 oz liquid smoke
3 T Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
6 oz bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together well. Rub brisket well with above mixture.. Refrigerate overnight, after removing from fridge. Smoke, pepper, salt & pepper, 3 T Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 375º for 5 hr , wrapped in foil. Remove from oven & add bbq sauce. Return to oven & bake 1 hr more. Let cool slightly for easier slicing.
