1 lg onion
1 tsp garlic
beer/wine
*small dice & saute' with beer or wine

*add the following herbs & spices to taste
cumin
cayenne pepper
chili powder
oregano (fresh if possible)
salt/pepper

*add:
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp sesame oil

*Mix together the following to equal 1/2 cup & add:
worcestershire sauce
dijon mustard
sweet asian vinegar
soy sauce

*add:
1/2 can pureed chick peas
1/2 can pureed black beans
2 cups grated carrots
1 1/2 cup shredded beet
1 red pepper (small dice)
2 cups frozen sweet corn kernels
5 eggs
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds (put is zip lock bag & crush lightly with rolling pin)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (put in zip lock bag & crush lightly with rolling pin)
2 cups panko (or bread crumbs)
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup bulger

MIX!!!!!

Batch must sit overnight to allow for all the grains to soften. Form into patties & fry in hot pan. To store: form into patties & place waxed paper between. Wrap & freeze.
