3 ( 12oz.) bags of fresh cranberries
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup brandy (don't use the costly stuff)

Directions:
Directions:
Place berries in a single layer on 2 15x10 inch jellyroll pans. (cookie sheets with edges) put a bag and a half on each sheet and a cup and a half of sugar on each. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for one hour. Spoon into a large bowl and pour in the brandy. Stir and then chill in fridge. Serve cold or at room temp. I like to make it a day or two ahead a it gets better each day. :) Can be stored for at least a week if needed.

Here is the recipe for the brandied cranberries if anyone wants to try them. Our family loves these and they are easy peasy and good with a pork roast as well as turkey or chicken.
