(Portions vary according to how much or how little of the ingredients you want to use)

- Cooked Brown Rice Pasta or Rice
- Bell Peppers, chopped and diced
- raisins, dried cranberries, dried mango, dried currants
- Celery, chopped
- grapes, sliced and seedless (if possible)
- brocoli
- cauliflower
- low or non-fat yogurt

WARNING: NEVER include ANY of the following ingredients:

- soy
- legumes (peas, beans, lentils, anything that comes in a pod)
- eggs (including mayonaise)
- citrus (fruit and rind - oranges, lemon, lime, grapefruit)
- sunflower oil
- maple products
- cured meat (bacon, ham)
- carrots
- wheat
- trees (don't eat this salad in the forest)
- perfume (don't wear it while you eat it)
- fresh flowers (don't have them nearby)

Directions:

Cook pasta or rice. Drain and cool under cold water.

Combine all other ingredients with pasta or rice in a large bowl.
