15 to 20 fresh morels, cut in half
1 large shallot chopped fine
1 large clove garlic chopped fine
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cups chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put the olive oil in a heated pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and shallots.
Stir and saute until softened but not browned.
Add butter until melted then add the morels.
Stir and cook until mushrooms start to brown (about 4 minutes).
Add chicken stock and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cream and cook on low until the cream is reduced and thickened.
Serve over steaks.
