2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 crushed candy canes
4oz mini choco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first three ingredients until stiff, not dry.
Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar.
Hand stir in: crushed candy canes and
4 oz mini choco chips.
Drop by spoonfuls on brown paper bag cut to fit cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
