8 oz. cooked crab
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. milk

Directions:

Preheat the oven to º350
Combine all the ingredients in an ovenproof casserole.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers or bread rounds

From one of the restaurants we would go to in Bodega Bay. They used fresh crab from the bay. When using local crab make sure you have the pieces of the shell out of the meat, nobody likes to bite into hard crab shell!
