½ cup catsup ½ cup chopped onion ½ tsp garlic salt 2 tsp chili powder ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 2 Tb. Liquid smoke ¼ cup brown sugar 2-3 cups tomato juice
Cook a picnic or pork roast until done. Cool then pull off meat. Place meat in a slow cooker and add ingredients. Simmer 4-6 hours or longer occasionally stirring. Serve on bun with or without cole slaw.
