1 lb fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup flour
dash of paprika
3 cups milk
1 cup grated processerd cheese
2 tsp butter
6 tbsp onion,chopped
6 tbsp celery,chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 - 10 oz cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut thawed fish into 1 inch chunks. Melt butter in large suacepan. Add onion,carrot and celery.Cook until the onion is transparrent blend in flour,slat and paprika.

Cook 1 minute ,stirring constantly.Gradually add chicken broth and milk.Cook until thickened,stirring constantly.Add fish and simmer until fish is cooked ( 5 minutes for fresh,10 minutes for frozen )

Add cheese and stir gently until melted.Serve immediately.
