Peanut Blossom Cookies

1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar (put some extra sugar in a dish for rolling the cookies in)
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c shortening (I use butter)
1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 package of Hershey Kisses or Rolos (I mostly use Rolos..yummy with the caramel)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Kisses or Rolos and form into dough. Roll dough into balls, then roll balls in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees, for about 8-12 minutes, depending on size of cookies. While cookies are baking unwrap appropriate amount of chocolates. As soon as cookies come out of the oven place Rolos or Kisses on top, as they start to melt press them into the dough further and further until flattened.

It doesn't matter if you use Hershey Kisses or Rolos, both are delicious. My guys love them with Rolos. Enjoy, they are yummy.
