1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
(I use the pouches, you can use melted and cooled squares)
1 9 inch pie crust, cooked and cooled
whipped cream

Directions:

Beat the butter with he sugar until well blended. Mixtures should be light and fluffy. Blend in the chocolate and vanilla. Using an electric mixer at medium speed, add eggs one at a time, beating for a full 5 minutes after each egg. Turn the mixture into the pie shell and chill for several hours.
