1/4 c. oil
4 T. cider vinegar
4 T. brown sugar
2/3 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
about 1/4 tsp. celery seed
about 1 T. dried parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken in 9x13 pan. Cover and bake at 425º for about 1 hour (until chicken is cooked). Uncover for the last 5-10 minutes to thicken up the sauce.

I usually use chicken tenders and cook them from frozen for about 45 min to 1 hour. The extra sauce tastes great over potatoes or rice. The recipe is super easy and delicious!
