Directions:
Put 1 package granulated yeast in bowl. Pour 1/2 cup lukewarm water on it. Let stand 1/2 hour in warm place. Then put on it 3 cups flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp sugar. Mix and let raise until double then mix again and this time mix 1 cup raisins with it. Let raise again till double. This has to be a stiff dough much stiffer than cake. Now put in greased pan about 3/4 filled. Let raise just to top of pan. Bake in 350 oven for about 50 minutes. Maybe it is not just right, but try and try again. That will make it perfect. A teaspoon orange extract taste good on it.
